David P. Tenney

Tenney, David P. of Quincy, died January 26, 2013.

Beloved husband of the late Arlene P. (Garrity), who died January 24, 2013.  Loving father of Mary T. Smith and her husband, Kevin, of Quincy, Mark D. Tenney and his wife, Patricia, of Quincy, Kevin J. Tenney and his wife, Teresa, of Braintree, and Michael P. Tenney of Quincy. Brother of Ruth MacDougall and her husband, Richard, of Chattanooga, TN, Bill Tenney and his wife, Sheila, of Attleboro, and Robert L. Tenney of Quincy. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Born in Boston, Until his retirement David was a principal for many years at Broad Meadow Jr. High School in Quincy.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday from 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m.  Burial will be private.
