David P. Mccready

McCready, David P. of Weymouth, formerly of Norton died November 21, 2013.

Beloved Father of Julianne McCready of N. Grafton and Christopher McCready of Norton.  Brother of Leo McCready of Braintree, Robert McCready of Hull, Richard McCready of California and the late Kathleen Tegan.  Former husband of Marianne (Pezwick) McCready of Norton.  David is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

David was born in Boston and was a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School and Boston College.  He worked for Perkin Elmer in Boston for over 30 years as a Chemist.  David was dedicated to his work and also dreamed of teaching sometime in his life.  He was fascinated with science and always loved to learn about everything from microbiology to the universe as a whole.  He enjoyed cars, music, and spending time with his children and his dog, Juneau.  Most importantly David was a quiet man who loved and cherished his family.  He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 6-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
