David M. Leary

Leary, David M. of Cincinnati, OH formerly of CA and Quincy died January 30, 2010. Beloved son of Leo and Eleanor (Connolly) Leary of Quincy. Devoted husband of Deborah Finlay of OH, Loving Brother of Bryan M. Leary, and Cathleen M. Carney and her husband Kevin all of Quincy. Uncle of Kevin and Ian Carney of Quincy. David was born in Boston and grew up in Quincy. David was a graduate of North Quincy High School class of 1977; he attended University of Mass. Amherst and was a graduate of San Diego State University. David lived in California for many years before moving to Ohio 3 years ago. David was very intelligent man and a huge history buff. In his earlier years David was an altar server at St. Ann’s Church in Quincy. He as an avid outdoorsman; hiking, camping and traveling the country were among David’s many interests. David had a special love for animals especially his dog. David will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Friday 4 PM – 8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow.
