Daniel L. Mcnaught

McNaught, Daniel L. of Watertown May 25, 2006. Loving brother of Mildred Foley of Hyde Park, Rita Jardine of Mansfield, and the late Harold and Arthur McNaught. Devoted life-long friend of Norma Murphy of Quincy and her children and grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. WOLLASTON Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Monday 3 – 7 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Daniel McNaught may be made to Hospice of the South Shore, 100 Baystate Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Navy June 1946. Dan entered into Boston State College at age 51 and then Harvard University Extension Program at age 52. He completed his undergradate at Harvard. Dan enter the Peace Corp – Swailand, Africa for 2.5 years at age 63, and again to Ghana, Africa at age 67 for 2 years. Dan was a contributor of the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation and also a participant in work retreats in Haiti.
