Wagner, Dale B. of Quincy October 25, 2008. Beloved husband of Rukhsana (Saeed) Wagner of Quincy, Loving father of Yasmin Nicole Wagner of Quincy, Son of the late Ross A. and Verna L Wagner, brother of Beverly J. Mendenhall of Placentia, CA., and Ross D. Wagner of Junction City, OR, Also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 1 great niece. Mr. Wagner was Born and raised in Eugene Oregon before moving to Quincy. He was a Graduate of University of Oregon class of 1975. He achieved a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1977. Dale practiced as a registered Architect in Oregon, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He believed deeply in integrated site design. A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date.
