Corinne R. Higgins

Corinne R. (Bergen) Higgins of Hingham, died June 16, 2015. Corinne worked as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Hospital in Boston before raising her family. When her children were older she worked as the Director of the Day Care at Old Ship Church in Hingham for a number of years. She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Higgins. Loving mother of James E. Higgins and wife Barbara of Plymouth, Carol L. Gouin and husband Maurice of South Attleboro, John W. Higgins and wife Susan of Camden, ME, Thomas A. Higgins and wife Denise of Kingston, Paul R. Higgins and wife Diane of Fairhaven, and Richard F. Higgins and wife Terri of Rockland. Sister of the late Lois Morgan. Corinne is also lovingly survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday from 4 – 8 PM  in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM.

A private service and burial will be held at a later date.
