Constance R. Flipp

Constance R. “Lady” Curran Flipp, of Weymouth, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on December 27th, 2016.

Sadly, the day short of forever has come, and we have lost our beautiful Lady. We will forever remember her beautiful smile and her sparkling eyes that would light up the room. Connie Flipp was   happily married to her loving husband, Carl Flipp, for 64 wonderful years. They built a beautiful life with their 9 children, 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, who all cherish her. She will be greatly missed. There is so much to be said about this amazing woman, but the first that comes to mind every time, is beautiful. She was beautiful not only on the inside but also on the outside.   Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her was touched with beauty.  Lady was a passionate artist who enjoyed painting, working with stained glass, and designing her own greeting cards. As an artist, she saw beauty and wonder in everything around her. Lady’s gardens are a magical place filled with flowers, waterfalls, birdfeeders and love. She was not only drawn to the beauty of nature but nature was drawn to her. For many years’ family, friends and even complete strangers could find comfort in an afternoon at Lady’s garden. She always saw the uniqueness in all and made everyone feel special.   She was loving, nurturing, inspirational, funny and wise and lived her life with such grace and dignity.   Truly a lady.   One of her passions was walking hand in hand along the beaches of Sanibel Island, FL  in search of seashells  But most of all, Lady loved Papa and he sure loved back.

Loving mother of the late David and Cynthia Flipp; Bruce Flipp and late wife Lorraine of Weymouth; Colleen Casey and husband Steve of Whitman; Colin Michael Flipp and wife Maura of Hanson; Brian Flipp and wife Lainie of Weymouth; Cathy Buccheri and husband Peter of Halifax; Allison Wooten and late husband Tom of Belmont, NH; and Connie Nix of Weymouth. Sister of Denise Murphy and husband Marty of Yarmouthport, the late Tom, Jim and Dan Curran.

Cherished Grandmother of Caitlyn (Matt) Breen, Lindsey Flipp, Lucas Flipp, Myles Casey, Lily (Tom) Reed, Jason (Rachel) Casey, Lauren (Jason) Willis, Andrea (Kevin) Owen, Bryan Flipp, Eric Haugh, Jonathan Haugh, Chris Flipp, Paul Buccheri, Jarod Buccheri, Jordyn Buccheri, David Wooten, Samantha Wooten, Jessilyn (Bill) Crimmins, Amanda Nix and Brianna Nix
