Claude S. Saupin, Sr.

Claude Saupin Sr., beloved husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend, passed away suddenly on April 11, 2025, at the age of 39. He will be remembered for his sharp mind, generous heart, quiet humor and deep devotion to his family and work.

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, he was driven from an early age by a deep curiosity about how things worked — a passion that shaped his lifelong career in engineering. He went on to earn engineering degrees from local institutions.

As an MTS Analog Design Engineer, he was admired for his technical excellence, mentorship, and dedication. His innovations played a key role in advancing technology and earned him lasting respect in the engineering community.

Above all, he cherished time with his wife and children, finding joy in their everyday moments together. A curious mind and natural tinkerer, he also loved repairing electronics and exploring music of all genres.

Claude is survived by his wife Jeanna Saupin, their children Jaida, Claudia, Jordan and Claude Jr, his parents Nerlande Semexant and Henri-Claude Saupin, his grandmother Marie Semexant. Claude was brother to Belinda, Jasmine, Sherley, Glifford, Joshua, Sarah, & Reynah. He is also survived by a large and devoted extended family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 4/25/2025 from 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday 4/26/2025 prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Bernadette Church, Randolph at 10 AM.
