Claud L. Keith of Weymouth, formerly of Longview, TX died June 17, 2015 at the age of 77.

Claud served as a combat photographer in Vietnam and all over the world for the U.S. Army, retiring in 1976. He also worked for the LBJ Administration in Washington, D.C.  After retirement he worked for Bradlees managing IT until 1999. He was a Past Commodore of the Wessagussett Yacht Club in Weymouth and a member of South Shore Baptist Church in Hingham where he was a Stephen Ministry Leader. Claud was a private pilot, enjoyed woodworking, and taught archery to kids and adults at the Whipple Senior Center in Weymouth and the Weymouth Sportsmens Club.

He was the husband of the late Kari (Hagen) Keith. Loving stepfather of Kristine Keenan and her husband Fergus of Mansfield; Glenn Keith and his wife Heather and their children Kelsey, Andrew, Samuel and David of Norwell; and Shawn Keith and his wife Liz and their children Matthew, Ryan and Sarah of Lebanon, IN. Loving father of Victoria Freeman of Overland Park, KS; Barbara Chambers of Andalusia, AL; Cynthia Baker of St. Ann, IL, and the late Patricia Clements of Dothan, AL.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 am at South Shore Baptist Church, 578 Main St., Hingham. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claud may be made to the Whipple Senior Center, 182 Green St., Weymouth, MA 02191.
