Cheverie, Clara M. (Ferris) of Brockton, January 5, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Francis L. Cheverie. Loving mother of Elsie H. Cheverie of Brockton. Sister of the late Abraham Ferris, Michael Ferris & Ann LaLond. Sister in law of Diane Ferris of West Roxbury. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, great grand nieces & great grand nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., HINGHAM, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 4- 8 PM followed by a prayer vigil at 8 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Mrs. Cheverie worked for Raytheon in Quincy for 26 years, retiring in 1980. Previously, she worked many years for Sillins Manufacturing in Boston. She was born on December 14, 1916 in Quincy. She and her late husband had been residents of Quincy for many years. They moved to Brockton in 1964.
