Claire T. Leonard

Leonard, Claire T. (Stanton) of Hingham, formerly of Braintree and Dorchester, died August 17, 2016 at the age of 94.

She had a great love of life, family and friends.

Wife of the late Roger J. Leonard. Loving mother of Roger J. Leonard, Jr. of Cohasset, Maureen L. Mullare of Hanover, and Stephen P. Leonard of Braintree. Devoted “Gigi” of Amy Mullare-Van Duyn and Paul Mullare; and great grandmother to Grace Claire Van Duyn and Abigail Ruth Van Duyn. Sister of the late Mary Kincaide, Helen Buckley, Ruth Kirby, Doris Kilroy, Joan Wallace and Richard Stanton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in the Church of the Resurrection, 1057 Main St., Hingham at 10:30 AM. Burial at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claire may be made to the Linden Ponds Resident Care Fund, 300 Linden Ponds Way, Hingham, MA 02043.
