Claire P. Capelotti

Capelotti, Claire P. (Lombard) of Weymouth, entered the life eternal February 12, 2015.

Claire was born and raised in Dorchester, graduating from St. Gregory’s Class of 1969. She has lived in Weymouth for many years. Claire recently retired from Verizon after 18 years with them, and also maintained her real estate broker’s license. She was a woman who enjoyed the simple blessings in life such as family, friends and a good book. She will be dearly missed.

Former wife of the late David G. Capelotti. Devoted mother of David J. Capelotti and his wife Erin of Rockland and Jill Marini and her husband Daniel of Weymouth. Cherished “Mema” of Nina Claire and Max David. Beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Veronica Lombard. Loving sister of Kathryn Lavery of Quincy and the late Jeanne Costanza and Thomas E. Lombard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Claire may be made to the Monastery of St. Clare, 920 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
