Claire L. Donovan

Claire L. Donovan (Quigley) of Weymouth, age 75, died on October 24, 2017 after a lengthy illness at South Shore Hospital with her son Marc, her daughter in law Theresa and her grandson Corey by her side.

Claire lived most of her life in Dorchester before moving to Weymouth in 1986. She worked for over 30 years at the Boston Home, a nursing home in Dorchester, where she retired as a receptionist.

She was the loving mother of Marc Donovan and wife Theresa of Weymouth and William Donovan of Weymouth. Sister of the late Edward Quigley. Grandmother of Corey Donovan, Tina Keough, Christopher Donovan and Danielle Donovan. Great grandmother of Payson and Kayleigh. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth on Saturday at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claire may be made to the American Lung Assoc. in MA, 1661 Worcester Rd., Suite 301, Framingham, MA 01701.
