Claire Healey

Healey, Claire (Gouthro) of Pembroke, formerly of Dorchester, passed away December 22, 2022. Claire was born in Roxbury to the late Melvin and Catherine (Dedieu) Gouthro. She was a graduate of St. Patricks High School in Roxbury. Claire worked for many years as a secretary at Tufts New England Medical and United Prosthetics. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, BINGO and crossword puzzles. 

Beloved wife of the late Edward Healey. Loving mother of Karen Fonseca and her late husband Nelson of Framingham, Richard Ball of Marshfield, Susan Healey and her husband Christopher Plante of Millville and the late Michael Ball. Dear sister of the late John R., Melvin, Jean and Paul. Cherished Nannie of Michael Ball, Taylor Ball, Sydney Fonseca, Matthew Ball, Victoria Fonseca, Kendall Healey, Jordan Healey, Morgan Healey and Shane Fonseca. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 9 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
