Lamphere, Christopher H. “Harry” of Plymouth died after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family on July 8, 2007. Beloved son of Martha (Sage) and her husband William Donahue of W. Bridgewater and the late Carl Lamphere. Devoted husband of Angela (Hupp) Lamphere of Plymouth. Cherished father of Mary of FL, Keith and Christie Lamphere, both of Plymouth. Proud grandfather of Cloe Lay and Hailey Lamphere. Loving brother of Cynthia Cantrell and her fiance Peter Cassidy of Brockton, Laurence Lamphere of FL, and the late Carl “Skipper” Lamphere. Dear friend of Joseph Geary of Plymouth. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Visitation prior to service starting at Noon to 2 PM. Collation immediately following service at the Common Market Restaurant, 97 Willard St. in Quincy. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Christopher “Harry” Lamphere may be made to Germantown Community Center, 333 Palmer St., Quincy, MA 02169. He grew up in Germantown and graduated from Archbishop Williams. He attended Northeastern prior to serving in the U.S. Army. Harry played sports, mostly hockey and golf. He was an avid reader and loved reading the newspaper from front to back. Most of all, Harry loved spending time with his family and friends!
