Askin, Charlotte A. (Currier) of Quincy, February 24, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Robert T. Askin. Loving mother of Jeffrey A. Askin and his wife Colleen of Plymouth, Robert T. Askin, Jr. and his wife Sandy of Rochester, VT and the late Richard M. Askin. Mother in law of Susan Askin of Longmeadow. Sister of Judy Dern of Kingston and the late Wilbur Currier, Virginia Kolbasowski and Thelma McGrath. Devoted grandmother of Richard M. Askin, Jr., Brian J. Askin, Jill Leary, Kolleen Scaff, Christine Walker, Nicole Del Vecchio and Jarrod M. Askin. Charlotte had many interests including spending time square dancing with her late husband Robert and Oil Painting. Charlotte was a former member of the Strawberry Valley Golf Club in Whitman where she enjoyed playing golf. Charlotte was very involved in the many activities that the Eventide Nursing Home had to offer. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Monday, March 01, 2010 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel at 10:00 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
