Charles W. “Buddy” Tuttle

Tuttle, Charles W. “Buddy” of Quincy, formerly of S. Boston, July 3, 2009. Beloved husband, of 62 years, to Frances R. (Avena) Tuttle of Quincy. Loving father of Charles F. Tuttle and his wife Judy of Dorchester, Paula Rooney and her husband Paul of Swansea, Marcia Mahan of NH and Lee Tuttle and his wife Dotty of Wilmington. Brother of Edna Connolly, Arline Shaughnessey; both of FL and Adele DeYulus of Abington. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Buddy’s whole life revolved around his entire family. He was larger than life, gifted, patient, strong, kind and very talented. He enjoyed any activity on the water, especially fishing and boating. Mr. Tuttle was also an accomplished woodworker. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII. Charles was a retired employee of General Electric in Lynn and Elano East Co., in Woburn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Friday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Buddy may be made to the Boston Dialysis Center Patient Fund, 2100 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester MA 02124.
