Charles P. Mccabe

Charles P. McCabe of Weymouth, formally of Allston, died April 25, 2013 after a brief illness. 

Devoted husband of 52 years to Ann McCabe of Weymouth. Loving father of Lori Cellucci and her husband Jim of Bridgewater, Gerry McCabe and his wife Carol of Canton, Kathleen McCabe of Oakdale, CT and Andrew McCabe of Weymouth.  Caring brother of Patricia Clifford, Thomas McCabe, Edward McCabe, Eileen Rowan and John McCabe.  Beloved Papa of Brian, Zachery and Jeremy.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Charlie proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. Graduating with a degree from Bentley Junior college, he later became a manager for a Fortune 500 company, but much rather enjoyed working in the field driving trucks than behind his desk.  Charlie was a selfless man who always put helping others before himself.  He enjoyed traveling, taking trips to Las Vegas, car rides and simply spending time with his family.  Charlie would always give thanks for all the blessings he had, grateful for life and all it’s offerings.  He will be sadly missed.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8AM Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 9AM. Cremation will follow.
