Charles “Charlie” Feist

Feist, Charles E. ” Charlie” a lifelong resident of Hull died suddenly on May 12, 2009. The beloved husband of 42 years to Helen (Peacock) Feist. Loving father of Edie Foye and her husband Bill of Weymouth, Charles E. Feist, Jr. of Hull, John Feist and his wife Michelle, Brian Feist and his wife Tiffany all of Brockton and Chris Feist of Hull. Brother of the late Barbara McNeilly, John W. Feist and Margaret Cassassa. Devoted grandfather of Jennifer, Tiffany and Michelle Foye, Nicole, Stacia and Brooke Feist, Charles E. Feist, III , Alyssa, Taylor & Christian Feist. Charlie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends and all his beloved students at Hull High School. Charlie enjoyed bowling and was a Little League Umpire for many years. His devotion to Hull High School was immeasurable, a dedicated senior custodian for more than 42 years. Charlie’s character was one of honor and dignity not only in his work but with the many relationships he made throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and a town he was so passionate about. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., HINGHAM, Thursday 3-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday in Hull High School Gymnasium at 9:30 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
