Charles A. Belliveau, Jr.

Belliveau, Charles A., Jr.  “Charlie” of Weymouth, died May 30, 2014.

Beloved husband of the late Jeanne H. (Cody) Belliveau.  Loving father of Denise Belliveau of Stoughton, Linda Belliveau of Quincy and Michael Belliveau and his wife Lee of NC. Loving step-father of James Wilson of Plymouth, April Yonaitis and her husband Raymond of NH, Mary Jane Freehoff and her husband Eric of Malden and Anthony Wilson of Whitman. Dear brother of Marie Laidler of Medford and the late Phyllis Millar. Brother-in-law of the late Henry Laidler and Robert Millar. Cherished grandfather of Marc Parker, Anthony Morra III and his wife Alison, Dominic Morra, Raymond Belliveau, Robin Wilson, James Wilson, Jr., Ashley Miller, Ryan Yonaitis, Amanda Freehoff, Joseph Yonaitis and Cameron Freehoff. Great-grandfather of Luca Morra and Charles Andrew Parker.

Charlie proudly served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a licensed Captain who enjoyed coasting the shoreline in his boat.  An avid sports fan, Charlie loved playing hockey and golf as well as cheering on the Red Sox and the Bruins.  He especially loved spending time and playing rounds of golf with his friends of the Ponkapoag Golf Club. He worked for the Edison Company for 36 years.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home Tuesday at 9:30 AM prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
