Catherine W. “Katie” Quinlan

Quinlan, Catherine W. “Katie” (Hasenbine) of Braintree, entered into eternal life on January 12, 2017, peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Katie was born in South Boston, raised her daughters in Dorchester, before moving to Braintree in 1996. Daughter of the late Daniel and Helen Hasenbine. Devoted mother of Peggy Federico of Braintree and Susan Lynch and her husband Danny of Scituate. Loving Nannie of Michelle, James and his wife Jennifer and her namesake Catherine Federico of Dorchester and Daniel and Joseph Lynch of Scituate. Predeceased by her siblings Daniel and Margaret Hasenbine. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff at Hancock Park who had the pleasure of caring for Katie over the past several months. 

Katie will be remembered for her witty sense of humor, homemade macaroni and cheese and love for her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Clare’s Church, Braintree at 10 AM.
