Catherine “Cat” Collins

Collins, Catherine “Cat” of Hingham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 4, 2021, surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. She was 67.

An avid animal lover she especially loved to tell stories about her beloved border collies Ruby and Rex, her cat Minky and her twin goats Barney and Billy which she acquired as part of a package deal when she purchased a home. She will be greatly missed by her many friends, loyal customers and her family.

Loving daughter of the late Ann P. and William H. Collins, Jr. Cherished sister of William H. Collins, III and his wife Darathea of Hingham, Christine Collins and her husband West Frazier of Hingham, and Suzanne Collins of Hingham. Also survived by her nieces and nephews, and her former husband Tom Boone.

Burial at Hingham Cemetery will be private.
