Carol Ann Franke

Carol Ann Franke, 71, of Otisfield, Maine passed away in peace surrounded by family on August 21, 2018.

Carol was born in Quincy, MA on February 26, 1947 to the late Robert and Edith (Williams) Gallagher. She graduated from Weymouth High School in 1964. She and her beloved husband Donald relocated their family to Otisfield, Maine in 1975 where they established a home and raised two children. She prided herself in her home and successful career in Healthcare Billing.

Carol had a vibrant personality and always put the needs of others before her own. Her family and many friends enjoyed her humor, wit and beaming smile. She was brave and adventurous and enjoyed travel, baking and fashion but above all, time spent with family.

Carol is survived by Donald, her husband of 52 years, her daughter Michelle Franke, son Michael Franke and his wife Annie, grandchildren Michael, Katherine, Alexander and Mia, sisters Patricia Sullivan and husband Brian, Lynn Flood and husband Robert, Janice Gullicksen, brother Robert Gallagher and wife Sharon, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Burial Service on Friday, September 7th at 11 AM in Hall Place Cemetery, 61 Crescent Street, Quincy.
