Carol A. Saniuk

Saniuk, Carol Ann (Burke) of Hingham, died October 22, 2013.

Beloved wife of the late Stanley Saniuk, Jr.  Loving mother of Christopher Saniuk and his wife Laurianne of Assonet, MA, Kim Saniuk and Thomas Saniuk both of Hingham.  Sister of the late Thomas Burke and Mary Brisoce.  Daughter in law of the late Josephine Saniuk and Stanley Saniuk, Sr. Daughter of the late Robert and Anastasia Burke. Cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Cassandra, Jeffery, Lillian, Michael, Stanly and Randy.  Carol is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Carol was born in Somerville and lived in Quincy for many years before moving to Hingham where she lived for the past 6 years. She was a parishioner and member of the Polish American Woman’s Club at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish in South Boston.   Carol enjoyed going on trips with her Van Club and Vannin with friends whenever she had the chance.  She had a love for animals and doing word searches at the beach.  Most of all Carol loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 655 Dorchester Avenue, South Boston, MA  02127,  at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
