Caitlin Maeve Doyle

Caitlin Maeve Doyle, 42, of Weymouth MA, died unexpectedly in her home on October 26, 2021.

She was the beloved daughter of the (late) George K. Doyle and Joanna F. Doyle. Loving sister and best friend to Alexis (Doyle) Gregor, Angela Doyle and Timothy Gregor. Loving aunt and second mom to Sean (SP) and Kailey Doyle. Loving aunt and godmother to Austin Gregor. Caitlin was also loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Caitlin graduated from Woodward School in 1997. She then worked for Aprus Inc for over 15 years.

Caitlin was the caretaker to everyone in her home. She was the chef, tech support, exterminator, gardener and all around handy woman. She took pride in her excellent cooking and gardening. As her nephew Sean would tell you, she knew a little about everything, and what she didn’t know she would quickly find out! She was intelligent beyond her years. She also loved to read. She loved to watch and quote movies with her sister Alexis. She loved to play video games and watch The Simpsons. She had a deep love for the Red Sox, just like her father. She was a huge animal lover.  Although her life was tragically shortened, it was clear to all of us how much we needed her. She was the first to make you laugh and the first to jump in and help you with whatever you needed. She took pride in being everyone’s biggest support. Without her, how will we manage? She had a strong love for music: The Beatles, Nirvana, Oasis and Green Day. A line from Green Day’s song embodies her the most “It’s something unpredictable, but in the end, it’s right. I hope you had the time of your life.”
