C. Edwin Stanton

Stanton, C. Edwin of Quincy, died on September 19, 2010. He was 72. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Kernan) Stanton. Devoted father of Rosemary Blasi and her husband William of Quincy, Susan Wahlstrom and her husband Eric of Indianapolis, Joseph Stanton of Weymouth and Robert Stanton of Quincy. Cherished Papa of Amanda, Thomas and Nicholas. Loving brother of the late Nancy Webb and Dorothy Condon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ed was born in Boston and lived in Dorchester for many years before moving to Quincy. He was an avid New York Giants and Boston Red Sox fan. His main passion was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Wednesday 4 – 8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Funeral Service will be held in Keohane Funeral Home, Thursday at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
