Bow Hang Wong

Mr. Wong Bow-Hang of Quincy, after a short illness, died peacefully on October 25, 2015 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.  He was 77, beloved husband of Lai-Shuang Loo Wong.  Father of Koon-Hon Wong(dec.), Koon-Shing Wong, Architect of San Francisco, Helen KC Yung, Accountant of Brookline and Phillip Wong, Boston Police Officer.  And survived by 7 grandchildren along with 4 great grandchildren.  

 Bow-Hang was born in a small rural village west of Kaiping in Guangdong Province, Southern China.  He overcame many obstacles and made great sacrifices to bring his family to The United States to provide his children with a better future.  He moved his family to Guangzhou and subsequently to Hong Kong in preparation for the eventual relocation to Brookline, MA.  A loving and devoted father and husband, he was the bedrock of the family.  He was kind, good natured and humble, a person of great warmth.     

 Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday, November 8 from 1:00 – 5:00 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Cremation will follow. See www.Keohane.com or call 1-800-Keohane for directions and online condolences.
