LeClair, Betty (Sullivan) of Quincy, passed away March 22, 2011. Wife of the late Charles LeClair. Mother of the late Russell and Charles LeClair, Jr. Loving grandmother of Jean and Raeline LeClair. Loving sister of Evelyn Giuffre of Hingham, Helen Happel of Scituate, Virginia Goldberg of Newton, Barbara Simon of Roslindale, Ruth Sullivan of Milton, Joyce Glassman of FL, Marilyn Strachan of Pembroke, Gloria McNeeley of Newton, and the late Phyllis Sweeney, John, Albert, Paul, Jonathan, and Norma Sullivan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. For 45 years, Betty worked as a waitress at the Supreme Diner in Boston, retiring in 1978. A very civic minded woman, she volunteered serving seniors at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter and also campaigned for countless candidates that ever ran for public office in Quincy. She was a member of the South Boston Irish American Club and AARP. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
