Nicholson, Beryl Jane “Bee” of Quincy, passed away on December 30, 2010 in Omaha, NE. She was 93. Wife of the late George F. Nicholson, loving mother of James Nicholson of Port Orange, FL, Donna Flanigin of Tucson, AZ, Richard Nicholson of Papillion, NE, Jane Hult of Braintree and the late Jack Nicholson. Sister of Thomas Craft and Elizabeth Brumbaugh of PA, and the late James Craft. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and extended family. Originally from Punxsutawney, PA, Bee lived in North Quincy for over sixty years where they owned the Montclair Hardware Store. She was a devoted member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and active in scouting with her children. She enjoyed working at Banker & Tradesman as receptionist and proofreader. We remember her hard work and devotion to family, friends, and her church and she will be dearly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Funeral Service will be held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 308 West Squantum St., Quincy Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with burial at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery. Donations in Bee’s memory may be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 308 West Squantum St., Quincy, MA 02171.
