Ziolkowski, Bernice “Blanche” T. (Kordaszewski) of Quincy, formerly of South Boston, November 12, 2002. The beloved wife of the late Matthew Ziolkowski. Loving Mother of Stephen A. Ziolkowski and his wife Marion A. of Squantum, Fr. Adam Ziolkowski, OFM CONV of PA, and Dolores A. Doyle and her husband Jack of Milton. Sister of the late Stella Lukasiewicz, Frances Mackan and Mary Chesna. Cherised grandmother of Stephen A. & David A. Ziolkowski and Joanne Doyle Petrongolo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the NORTH QUINCY Keohane Funeral Home, 333 Hancock St., NORTH QUINCY Friday at 10:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 655 Dorchester Avenue, South Boston at 11:30 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.Blanche was a member of the St. Ann’s Sodality and St. Augustine’s Prayer Group. She enjoyed crocheting and was a talented seamstress who was known by many to share her wonderful pies and polish cooking. An employee for 18 year at Bank of Boston before retiring in 1976, Blanche also worked at NECCO in Cambridge in the 1950’s and J.A. Cigar in the 1930’s & 1940’s. Donations in memory of Mrs. Ziolkowski may be made to the Franciscan Educational Burse, 12300 Folly Quarter Rd., Ellicott City, MD 21042-1416.
