Bradford, Bernice M. (McKenna) of Quincy, March 13, 2006. Wife of the late John W. Bradford, Sr. Mother of Richard E. Bradford and his wife Dorothy of Peabody, William C. Bradford and his wife Pinar of Boston and Verna Bradford of Foxboro and her late husband John W. Bradford, Jr. Sister of the late Harold McKenna and Marion Leary. Devoted Grandmother of Carol, Jean, Billy, Kathy, Eddie, Julie, Jacqueline & Jennifer. Bernice is also survived by 10 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-9 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Bernice was very active at the Beechwood Community Center in Quincy , attending every Thursday. Bernice lived for 33 years with her daughter in law Verna and her 2 daughters, Jacquelyn & Jennifer, Bernice’s life was focused on her family. She was an avid reader, she enjoyed crossword puzzles and her passion in life was her love for animals, especially cats & dogs. She was a graduate of Salem State College. Bernice was a devote catholic and was always willing to help out in any crisis. More recently Bernice was a resident at Hancock Park , where she was very active in their group activities. Her family remembers her as a very dedicated mother and grandmother and her whole life was focused on her family.
