Barry S. Kelliher

Kelliher, Barry S. of Quincy, formerly of Milton, April 23, 2005. Beloved husband of Laurie E. (McCarthy-Marshall) of Quincy. Loving father of Kevin Kelliher of Milton and James Kelliher of Hyde Park. Stepfather of Rebecca Marshall of Whitman. Brother of Jane Babcock of VA. Son of the late James Kelliher and Madelyn (Flaherty). Also survived by 2 nephews and 5 grandchildren. Barry died on his 65th birthday after a short hospital stay and a two year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was raised in Milton and moved back to Quincy’s Marina Bay 20 years ago. He was the President of Peabody Properties, Inc. for 20+ years and before retiring a year ago was property manager of Harbourside Condominiums where he lived. He was educated at Portsmouth Abbey, Norwich University and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Barry has been a fifteen year member of the Wollaston Golf Club and enjoyed fishing, sailing, travelling and spending time with his grandchildren.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Tuesday at 10AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Agatha’s Church, Milton at 11 AM. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton.
