Barry J. Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald, Barry Joseph of Hingham, died unexpectedly on Thursday, December 6, 2012, he was 52. Husband of Elaine (Eisner) Fitzgerald of Plymouth. Loving father of Rachael, Dillon & Emily Fitzgerald all of Norwell. Cherished son of Josephine (McMahon) Fitzgerald of Hingham and the late Robert Fitzgerald. Brother of Robert Fitzgerald of St. Louis, Donald & Brian Fitzgerald both of Las Vegas, Sean Fitzgerald of Hingham, Roger Fitzgerald of Ohio and Wayne Fitzgerald of Weymouth. Barry is survived by a large loving extended family and dear friends. A lifelong Hingham resident, Barry loved sports, he was an avid reader and a skilled carpenter. The most important part of his life was his children, he adored them. Barry will be remembered for his great sense of humor and generous spirit, he was always willing to lend a hand. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 6-8pm in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham at 9 AM. Burial will be private.
