Barnet E. Bresnahan

Bresnahan, Barnet E. (Phillips) “Buffie” of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by her family December 26, 2013.

Beloved wife of Wayne  Bresnahan of Weymouth.  Loving Step-mother of Jacqueline and Julieanne Bresnahan both of Weymouth.  Cherished sister of Ann Brod of Weymouth and her late husband James O’Toole.  Loving aunt of Vinson Brod and his wife Paula, Jennifer Anderson and her husband Thomas and James O’Toole and his wife Tracy.  Also survived by 8 grandnieces and grandnewphews.

Buffie was an avid Boston sports fan who especially loved the Patriots and the Red Sox.  She enjoyed walking and loved feeding all of the wildlife that appeared frequently in her yard. She will be missed by her loving cat, Abby.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9AM Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church at 10AM. Burial will follow in the Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
