Barbara M. Pace

Pace, Barbara M. (Curran) of Abington, previously of Randolph and originally from South Boston, died October 4, 2018.

Barbara adored her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Barbara and her husband Joseph were snow birds and spent the winters in Ft. Myers, FL. She enjoyed line dancing, gardening, and music. Barbara was a dedicated nurse at Milton Hospital for many years before retiring. She was a loving and strong willed woman who had a good heart and great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Daughter of the late Bartholomew and Marion (Anderson) Curran. Beloved wife for over 30 years of the late Joseph L. Pace. Loving mother of Michael Cash of Weymouth, Robert Cash of Franklin, Gregory Cash of Dorchester, and the late Thomas Cash. Cherished sister of Marion Howland and her husband John of Plymouth, Lorraine Burm and her husband Gerard of Braintree, and the late Sandra O’Brien and her husband James. Loving Nana of Stephanie Lemonde, Nicholas Cash, Mackenzie Cash, Riley Cash, and great grandmother of Giana, Bryna, Holden, and Madison. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Barbara may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 58 Progress Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
