Barbara M. Minigan

Minigan, Barbara M. (Boardman) of Rockland, passed away on June 2, 2018 at age 97. Barbara was born in Holbrook, and graduated from Sumner High School in Holbrook, as Vice President of the class of 1938. She worked for over 25 years as Head Cashier at AAA in Boston, MA.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Minigan. Loving mother of Pamela A. Blood and her husband J. Russell Jr. of W. Bridgewater, Linda B. O’Neil and her husband Paul R. of Virginia Beach, VA, Donnalee J. Washburn and her husband David E. of Ft. Myers, FL and Jean H. Smith White and her husband James White of South Weymouth. Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and predeceased by one grandchild. Dear sister of the late Dorothy Grant, Lena Austin, Ruth English and Helen Long. Also survived by many other relatives.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday, 6/6/18 from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, 6/7/18 at 10 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital), Weymouth. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
