Barbara J. Muir

Barbara J. Muir, of Quincy, a waitress for many years at Durgin Park in Quincy Market  and Lucca in the North End,  died unexpectedly at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Saturday January 2, 2021. She was 58.

Barbara was the loving mother of Brandon S. Muir and his partner Carl Forziati of Watertown and the sister of Lisa Connolly and her husband Douglas of Braintree, Theodore W. Muir, Jr. and his wife Kellie of Abington, David Muir of Brimfield, John Muir and his wife Jennifer of Milton and Elizabeth D’Agostino of Newport, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Cremation will follow.

Normally, the funeral is an opportunity for the community to gather in support of one another. Although not all may be able to gather together with Barbara’s family at this time, friends may still offer their support by sharing a special memory or message on the condolence link.
