Barbara F. Duker

Barbara F. (Anderson) Duker of North Weymouth, MA and Englewood, FL, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, November 16, 2016. 

Beloved wife of 65 years to Walter E. “Sonny” Duker, Jr. of Weymouth.  Loving mother of Donna L. Conlon and her husband Francis and Marcia E. Reddington and her husband Thomas all of Weymouth. Dear sister of Joan Callahan and her husband James of Weymouth and the late Gus Anderson and Catherine “Kay” Macumber.  Cherished “Mammie” of Duane M. Garvey, Jennifer L. Conlon and Michael F. Conlon.  Special niece of Wanda Dulka of Weymouth.  She is also survived by 1 great grand daughter and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Barbara loved making beautiful memories with her family and grandchildren over the years boating along the sea coast and camping from Canada to Florida.  She was an avid Patriots fan who enjoyed wearing her favorite Patriots shirt cheering her team on from home. Her wish came true as she took her very last breath at the home that the love of her life, Walter, built for her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 AM Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in East Weymouth Congregational Church, 1320 Commercial Street, E. Weymouth,  at 11AM. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Weymouth.
