Barbara E. Pelchat

Barbara E. Pelchat (Kilduff) of Weymouth, passed peacefully on November 21, 2022, with her family by her side.

Barbara was born in Boston to the late Paul and Elizabeth (Knauber) Kilduff. Barbara lived life to the fullest. She was a simple woman whose greatest joy was the love she gave to her beautiful family. She loved them with her whole heart. They were the center of her being. Barbara was a Devout Catholic and she shared that strong faith with her six children. She had an amazing sense of humor and her belly laugh was contagious. Barbara was actively involved with her community of deaf friends. Barbara was always an independent woman but the past few years were challenging for her. But despite it all, she maintained her sense of adventure, such as going for a ride on the carousel at Nantasket Beach, fulfilling a wish to do it one last time. Barbara was a well loved and caring woman. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Devoted Mother to Debbie Cratty and her husband Tom of Avon, Denise Pelchat of Plymouth, Bobby Pelchat and his wife Ann of Dedham, Janice Farren and her husband John of Holbrook, Bill Pelchat and his wife Kristen of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Barbi Huber and her husband Rich of Plymouth. Loving Gramma to Joe, Mikey, Collin, Chris, Danielle, Sheri, Justyn, Ashley, Brandon, Rachele, Desiree, Brittany, Scott, Caitlyn, Ryan, Taila and Kaleigh. Cherished sister of Nancy Driscoll, Donna Jacobson and Susan Stone, predeceased by siblings Robert Driscoll, Sandra Ashley and Lorraine Lee. Barbara also leaves behind 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
