Barbara A. Dooley

Barbara Dooley from North Weymouth passed into eternal heaven on March 20, 2024 following a stay at Accent House Hospice.

Born in Weymouth, she was the beloved daughter of  Lorraine Julian and the late Lawrence Julian. Barbara was the beloved wife of Joseph Dooley, loving sister /sister in law to Karl Julian and his wife Lucille Hersey of Hingham; beloved sister/sister in law to Catherine and Glenn Heath of Weymouth; Joan Ashland of West Yarmouth; sister in law to John Ashland of Weymouth; and beloved auntie to Michael Julian; Ryan, Adam, Samantha Ashland; and Richard, Rachael and Rebecca Heath, who will terribly miss their auntie Barbara. 

Barbara was a graduate of Burdett College and was employed as an executive secretary for New Balance, Haemonetics and Harvard University. 

Barbara enjoyed traveling and riding on Joe’s Harley. Barbara will be missed by all; a wonderful soul was she.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).
