Baby Michael R. Costa

Costa, Michael Robert of Pembroke, born on May 7, 2009 and died May 15, 2009.Cherished infant son of Anthony G. Costa, III & Michelle ( Belanger) Costa of Pembroke. Little brother of Rachel Costa of Pembroke. Loving Grandson of Patricia & Emil Belanger and Faith Prakop all of Quincy. Michael is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral Mass of the Angels in St. Thecla’s Church, 145 Washington St. (Rt.53) North Pembroke on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 11 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Michael may be made to the March of Dimes – Mass Chapter 114 Turnpike Road, Suite 202 Westborough, MA 01581. Michael’s family would like to deeply thank the staff at South Shore Hospital, NICU and maternity and delivery as well as the staff at Children’s Hospital, Boston NICU for their wonderful care.
