Audrey A. White

White, Audrey A. of Billerica, passed away peacefully April 9, 2017 following a long illness.

Born and raised in Boston, Audrey worked, for more than 40 years, for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Education as secretary to the Commissioner. She was an avid reader and crossword puzzle aficionado who enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her only granddaughter.

Devoted mother of Stephen D. White, mother-in-law of Patricia R. White, and cherished grandmother of Merry White, all of Braintree. She was predeceased by her father, Stephen V., mother, Annie M.(Robinson), and siblings, Daniel G. and Margaret Rose White.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
