Larsen, Arthur C. “Bud” of Hull, June 3, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Jeanne (Curto) Larsen. Devoted father of Patricia Hood of Weymouth, Peter and his wife Nancy of Hull, James and his wife Liliane of Scituate, Judy and her husband Dennis Warren of Hull, John and his wife Maria of Holliston and Jeffrey and his wife Sue of Hull. Brother of the late Jean Larsen. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., HINGHAM, Wednesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull. Donations in memory of Mr. Larsen may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 55584 Boston, MA 02205-5584. Bud retired as Commanding Officer from the United States Coast Guard at Point Allerton in Hull after 20 years of service in 1966. He enjoyed boating and was a licensed commercial boat operator for the past 40 years. Bud also retired from the Metropolitan District Commission as a boat operator in 1995 after approximately 15 years of service. He was a 1946 graduate of Medford High School. Mr. Larsen also loved reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with his family.
