Armeline T. McMeekin

Mrs. Armeline T. (Godfrey) McMeekin, of Lakeville, formerly of Braintree passed away in her home on February 23, 2025. She was 89.

She loved her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren is what she always wanted. Armeline enjoyed getting away at her house in Maine at Thomas Pond Terrace. 

A special person and loved by many she was an angel on this earth and will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her. 

Beloved wife of the late Herbert McMeekin.

Loving mother of Paul H. McMeekin and his wife, Becky, of Lakeville, Kevin McMeekin of Maine, Douglas McMeekin and his wife, Cheryl of Scituate, and the late Donna McMeekin. 

Grammy to Matthew McMeekin, Bethany Magalhaes and her husband, Matt, Austin McMeekin, Breana McMeekin and James McMeekin and his wife, Emily.

Sister of the late Lorraine, John, Mary, Kenneth, Albert, Francis, James, and Gerard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 3/4/2025 from 9:30-11 am in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by her Funeral service at 11 AM in the funeral home 

Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
