Arlene A. Mazzarella

Arlene A. Mazzarella (Vessey), a 60 year resident of North Quincy, died November 5, 2017 at the age of 77.

She was the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Joseph A. Mazzarella. Loving mother of Joseph Mazzarella and his wife Jane of Milton and the late Michael Mazzarella and his wife Ann of East Bridgewater. Sister of the late Jack Vessey and many other siblings. Cherished grandmother of Christina Lonergan and husband Casey, Michael Mazzarella and fiance Kara, Zachary Mazzarella, Jake Mazzarella and great grandson Casen Lonergan.

Arlene worked as an office manager for both the Teamsters Credit Union and JC Penney. She was a wonderful cook and an avid Red Sox fan. (“Channel 851, Ma”).

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Arlene may be made to the Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452. Arlene’s family thanks Seasons Hospice for their wonderful care.
