Antona E. “Toni” Mcgrath

Antona E. “Toni” McGrath (Condron) of Quincy, died May 14, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late John J. McGrath. Loving mother of Cathy Curley and her husband, Michael of Norwood, Joan Coulter and her husband, Stephen, of Scituate,and Sean McGrath of Milton. Sister of Mary Dowling, John Condron, and Peggy Tuohy all of Ireland and the late James, Joe and Pat Condron. Cherished Grandmother to Patrick, Meghan, Stephen, Brian, Kevin, Caroline, and Niall. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Toni worked for many years at Carney Hospital as a Registered Nurse. Toni and her late husband John loved spending many good times together. She was a member of the Irish Social Club in West Roxbury as well as the Irish Cultural Center in Canton. An avid Boston Sports fan, she also enjoyed going ballroom dancing, reading, and animals, especially her grand dog, Salty. Toni will be sorely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She always enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her many dear friends who she enjoyed going out to lunch with.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
