Anthony Tocchio

Anthony Tocchio, a lifelong resident of Weymouth, died suddenly at home on March 12, 2017 at the age of 67.

Anthony was the owner and operator of Anthony Tocchio Construction and Excavating in Weymouth. Before starting his business, he worked as a crane operator for General Dynamics for several years. Spending time in Wells, ME and family trips to Fort Wilderness in Disney World created many great memories. A fan of old trucks and vehicles, Anthony was a member of the Van Club and the American Truck Historical Society. He was happiest chopping wood in his back yard.

Loving father of Christine Tocchio, Toni D. Fisher and husband William, all of Weymouth, and Robert Tocchio and wife Casey of Hingham. Devoted “Grampy” of Evianna and Gabriella Fisher. Brother of the late Chester Tocchio. Former husband of Patricia (Ferullo) Tocchio.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). A Celebration of Life Service will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
