Moccio, Anthony J.“Tony” of Quincy formerly of South Boston, died May 31, 2015.

Beloved husband of Claire (McCarthy) Moccio of Quincy.  Loving father of Anthony Moccio of Burlington, Ericia Moccio and Shaina Moccio both of Dorchester, Anthony Moccio of Boston and Michael Moccio of Chelsea.  Brother of Vinny Moccio and his wife Susan of Jamaica Plain, John Moccio and his wife Joanne Margarone of South Boston, Nancy Bain and her husband Bobby of South Boston, Carol Ware and her husband Ted of Manchester NH, Peter Moccio and his wife Jane of South Boston and the late Barbara Kennedy.  Cherished grandfather of Riley and Jordan Moccio.  Tony is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.

Anthony was born in Boston and was raised and educated in South Boston. He worked for Boston Edison for several years before retiring in 2003.  He enjoyed fishing, camping, working around the yard and was an avid Red Sox fan.  His true passion was his family, he cherished his children and his grandchildren.  He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Followed by a  Service  at 7 PM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Cremation will follow.
