Loving father of Robert & his wife Jacquelyn Tropeano and Rita & her husband John Cesarini, all of Abington. Loving Grandfather of Richard, Andrea, Suzanne, John & Anthony. Brother of Anna Garofalo of Quincy, Rose McLaughlin of San Leandro, CA, Mary Earner of Pembroke, Carmella Panaro of Weymouth, Jane LaSala of Plymouth, Phyllis Panaro of Norton and the late Edith, Michael & Joseph. Brother in law of Marion & her late husband Anthony Rizzotti and Edith Tropeano. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Sea St., Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:30 PM. Mr. Tropeano worked for the City of Boston Parks Dept for 35 years, serving in many different positions. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a Past Commander of the Ensen John J. O’Connell Post #85 in Dorchester. Donations in memory of Mr. Tropeano may be made to the Jimmy Fund, 1309 Beacon St., Brookline, MA 02446.
