Anne Mchugh

McHugh, Anne (Connolly) of Milton, formerly of Quincy and County Galway, Ireland, died June 6, 2015. 

Beloved wife of the late Martin F. McHugh. Devoted mother of Patrick McHugh and his wife Jeanne of New Jersey, Michael McHugh of Quincy, Thomas McHugh and his wife Elizabeth of Michigan, Martin McHugh of Quincy, and Winifred Rioux of Quincy. Loving sister of Nora Rudderham of England and Michael Connolly of Randolph. Cherished Grammy of Kelli, Michael, Meghan, Caitlin, and Keira. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Anne’s family was her world and she had a great love for her children and grandchildren. She was a caring, generous, and selfless woman that would always put others first. She would entertain family and friends and always had a warm and welcoming home. Anne enjoyed traveling to Ireland to visit family and friends. She loved music, especially Irish music, and enjoyed dancing with her husband. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Elizabeth’s Church, Milton, at 10:30 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
